At Montavani, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- All tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us promptly so we can review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
To receive a different size or style, please return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for your preferred item.
Refunds
